Rhea Ripley made her WWE main roster debut on Monday Night RAW in March 2021 after spending a couple years at NXT. In a traditional five-on-five women's tag elimination match at Survivor Series, The Eradicator joined the Red Brand women's team to compete against SmackDown's squad nearly eight months later
Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Carmella, and Zelina Vega were also on RAW's roster. Sportskeeda Wrestling chatted with Vega prior to the Premium Live Event. She pledged during the interview to "play nice if my team plays nice." The former Queen then started a dialogue in character with Ripley, who was standing away from the camera.
Do you promise to act nicely, Rhea? Zelina enquired. And you? "Heck no!" Ripley answered. The SmackDown wrestler continued, "Well then, I don't promise. Ripley exclaimed, "Shut up!" "I despise you!" Ripley heard from Zelina. "I also despise you!" Ripley answered. "You pixie, I despise you and everything you stand for!" Between 13:04 and 13:18
The five-on-five women's Survivor Series elimination match was ultimately won by Team RAW. By pinning Shotzi to end the match as the lone survivor, Bianca Belair earned the victory for her team.
At WrestleMania 39 in April of last year, Rhea Ripley, the victor of the 2023 Women's Royal Rumble Match, triumphed over Charlotte Flair to win the SmackDown Women's Championship. A few weeks later, at Backlash in Puerto Rico, The Eradicator successfully defended her championship against Zelina Vega.Vega lost against a member of The Judgment Day despite her best attempts. But after the game, in front of her family, the Puerto Rican fans gave the former Queen a standing ovation. As Ripley was recently awarded the new WWE Women's World Championship, the SmackDown Women's Title was recently resigned. After being selected for the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Vega might be eligible for another title opportunity.
